Method
- Peel and finely grate the garlic and ginger, then mix all ingredients together.
- Use half of the sauce as a marinade for pork chops or chicken thighs.
- Make the other half into a glaze by simmering for a few minutes in a sauce pan then stirring in a corn starch slurry (equal parts corn starch and cold water mixed together - about 1 tsp. of each should be enough).
